The UsmleSource Cases have a timer that will warn you after 15 minutes for the patient encounter and 10 minutes for the patient note. To check this feature, go to one of the sample pages below

and wait for 15 minutes. You will get the message - "your time is up, please complete the case and leave the room now." This is a feature unique to UsmleSource cases. Some of the other features include the check lists that tell your percentage. It is a nice way to know how many questions you actually answered right when practicing.
