Clavicle: Collarbone
colitis: infection of colon
colonscopy: Visualizing the insides of the bowel using an instrument
Conjuctivitis: Inflammation/infection of outer layer of your eye
Connective tissue:tissue between bones and muscles

constipation: Passing hard stools or unable to pass any stools
convulsions: sudden, jerky movement of limbs that are out of control of the patient
CT - Abdomen: An Modified X-ray Imaging technique to visualize the insides of the tummy.
CT - head: serial x-ray of the head and brain
CT scan: an imaging procedure to see the internal organs, a special x-ray picture

CT scan of abdomen:An X-ray scan of the belly
Cushing's Disease: Disease characterized by raised levels of steroids in the body
cyanosis: blue nails on your fingers and toes
Deep palaption: I need to press a little more deeply on your belly.
diarrhea: Loose Motions

Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding : Heavy or irregular menstrual bleeding that is not caused by any evident underlying physical abnormality

Dysphagia : blockage of food pipe resulting in difficulty in eating or drinking
Dysphagia : Difficulty while swallowing
dyspnea : difficulty breathing
dyspnoea : difficulty in breathing
edema : retaining liquid,swelling of your feets or eyelids.

Edema : Swelling or fluid retention
EKG: A record of the electrical activity of the heart useful for diagnosing some conditions
EKG :  recording ur heart beat
EKG: A method used to measure the electrical activity of the heart.
electrocardiogram :  heart tracing

emesis : vomiting, throwing up
Endoscopy :  It is a tube with camera in it to see the gut/bowel/stomach
Enuresis : Bed-wetting
epilepsy :  seizure
Epilepsy :  A Brain Disorder characterized with occurance of Fits

epistaxis : nose bleed
ERCP : It is a procedure in which a tube is inserted through mouth to see bile ducts, gall bladder, pancreas
Esophageal Varices :  Swelling of internal veins of the food-pipe that can result in rupture and bleed
Esophagus :  food pipe
Euphoria : Feeling Happy without a reason

Hypoxia: lack of oxygen usually causing breathing difficulty
IBS: abnormal movements of bowel   
Icterus: yellowish discolouration of eye and skin.....synonym of JAUNDICE
incontinence: lost control of urine

incontinence: have u ever leaked urine without your knowledge
inf. mononucleosis: swollen glands disease
infectious mononucleosis: u might have infection of glands in your neck
inhale:  Breath in air
insomnia: problem to sleep

Inspect: Look at
intrathecal: a route to deliver some medication directly into your brain.
Ischemic bowel disease: Decrease blood supply to a portion of bowel
Jaundice: Yellowing of the eyes due to Liver Disease
Libido: Sexual desire or sexual drive

locking of knees:   
Lymph nodes: glands
Lymph Nodes: Let us look for any swellings over your neck
